On Wednesday 15 July 2026, we hosted a special Thank You Tea at The Grove Hotel in Watford. The event brought together NHS staff, volunteers, and supporters to recognise their kindness, generosity, and fundraising over the year.
The event, generously funded by The Grove Hotel, was a celebration of the impact of charitable support across West Herts Hospitals. Guests enjoyed a delicious afternoon tea while hearing updates from Catherine Dugmore, Chair of the Trust (pictured speaking), Jonathan Rennison, Chair of West Herts Hospitals Charity, and Alison Rosen, Chief Executive Officer.
Celebrating Support
The partnership between the charity and the community remains key to funding medical equipment, improving hospital environments, and supporting staff initiatives that go above and beyond core NHS funding.
Reflecting on the event, Alison Rosen, said:
