**All Tickets Subject to Availability. West Herts Hospitals Charity Raffle is operated by The Fundraising Foundry Ltd, an External Lottery Manager (ELM) licensed by the Gambling Commission, account number: 57455. Each raffle ticket costs just £2. The draw takes place on 1 January 2027. Maximum tickets purchased per person is 20 tickets (£40 pp).
