Fun-draise for us in the St Albans Inflatable 5K! Get involved in an inflatable-packed fun run (or walk!) for West Herts Hospitals Charity.
Get ready to bounce, slide, and laugh your way through an unforgettable day! Join the St Albans Inflatable 5K on Saturday 26th April 2025, and support West Herts Hospitals while having an incredible time.
This one-of-a-kind event features 32 giant inflatable obstacles spread across a 5km course, attracting over 65,000 participants annually. Whether you run, jog, or walk, it’s the ultimate fun challenge for everyone – perfect for individuals, families, and friends!
By taking part, you’ll be helping us continue our mission of supporting excellent patient care at Watford General, St Albans City and Hemel Hempstead hospitals.

Where: Hertfordshire County Showground, The Showground, Dunstable Road, Redbourn, AL3 7PT
Challenges available: 2.5km | 5km | 10km | 15km
Minimum age: Age 5 – please note 3:1 child to adult ratio applies
