Supporting the Ossie Robinson Memorial Fun Day

West Herts Hospitals Charity is honoured to support the Ossie’s Boys Fund as they host their annual fundraising family fun day and football tournament. This special event celebrates the life of Ossie Robinson, who passed away in May 2017 at the age of eleven.

Ossie was a devoted footballer for Everett Rovers, and this day, organised by his family and friends, brings the community together through the sport he loved to raise vital funds for local hospital patients.

The Ossie Cup & Family Festivities

The heart of the day is the Ossie Cup, a football tournament that reflects Ossie’s passion for the game. Beyond the pitch, the day is packed with entertainment for all ages:

• Live Performances: Local music and dance displays.

• Family Fun: Inflatables, a delicious BBQ, and refreshments.

• Grand Auctions & Raffles: Your chance to win prizes while supporting Ossie’s Boys Fund.

A Vision for the Future: Ossie’s Gardens

The funds raised during this event will support a transformative project at the new hospital development at Watford General. We are working to create a beautiful, peaceful garden within the new hospital development, which we plan to name Ossie’s Gardens in his honour. This space will provide a vital sanctuary for children and their families during their hospital journey.
