It’s time to lace up your running shoes and join the Abbots Langley Tough Ten on Sunday 6 October, to help raise vital funds for the breast unit at St Albans City Hospital.
There are races for everyone, including a 1K fun run for children, and 3k, 5k, and 10k options, there’s something for every level of fitness. Whether you’re an experienced runner or just looking for a fun way to support West Herts Hospitals, your participation will make a difference.

We have partnered with this event to raise funds for SAVI SCOUT technology, a cutting-edge guidance system that uses non-radioactive radar waves to detect and precisely pinpoint the location of cancerous tissue within a distance of one millimetre and will greatly enhance breast cancer treatment at the breast unit at St Albans City Hospital.
