We have been overwhelmed by the generosity of our community, who came together to donate over 1,000 Easter eggs for patients spending the Easter weekend in West Herts Hospitals.

Special thanks go to Anytime Fitness in Bushey and Croxley Park, whose customers donated generously, and a big shout out to Dacorum Motorcycle Riders, who arrived as ‘bunnies on bikes’ to deliver their donations. Easter goodies also poured in from Hand on Heart Charity, Skipton Building Society, Bowmer & Kirkland, The Cother Arms, The Dick Whittington, Tusker Cars, NatWest Bank in Watford, the team at Watford UPS and Sri Sathya Sai organisation. There was even a surprise visit from Matt Turmaine MP for Watford!
The Easter eggs were delivered to patients across the children’s wards, emergency department, AAU, and more, with the help of our wonderful volunteers.
West Herts Hospitals Charity CEO, Alison Rosen, said: “A huge thank you to everyone who contributed to making Easter egg-ceptional for our patients!”
