DESCRIPTION:Step up for health and celebrate the NHS’s 77th birthday at Vicarage Road Stadium\nStep Up, a unique stair climbing challenge in the home of the Hornets, is taking place on Saturday 5th July 2025, at Watford FC’s Vicarage Road Stadium – a date that also marks the 77th birthday of the NHS. This exciting event will raise funds for West Herts Hospitals, and our neighbour Watford FC’s Community Sports and Education Trust.\nParticipants will have the chance to run, walk, or climb their way up and down the stands of the 20,000+ seater stadium. With chip timing available, participants can set personal goals, compete with friends, or simply focus on finishing the challenge. All funds raised will support the health and wellbeing of thousands of local people.\nThis fundraising event will see you scale the equivalent of climbing up and down the iconic Empire State Building.\nIncluded in the registration fee:\n• Chipped timing\n• Refreshments along the route\n• Medal upon completion\n• Goody bag\nThere are two routes available:\n• Full route (All stands) 9.30am registration\n• Half route ( One & half stands) 9.00am registration\nAlison Rosen, CEO at West Herts Hospitals Charity, said: “This is a fantastic opportunity to support our NHS on its 77th birthday. Every step taken will help enhance patient care and support our incredible NHS staff at West Herts Hospitals.
